Lab Safety

What this covers: Working safety in the laboratory with hazardous materials.
Who is this for: All lab employees
Type of Training: In class

Fumehood Use

What this covers: Fume hood training covers safe use of a fume hood, introduction to the components of a fume hood, alarms and warning, and repair and maintenance contact info.
Who is this for: All people that use a fume hood or have one in their work area.
Type of Training: In person training or Learn@UW
How to Sign up: To schedule an in person class with 10 or more attendees contact Todd Yanke.

Hazardous Material Shipping/Transportation

What this covers: Preparing shipments, loading and unloading of shipments.
Who is this for: Anyone involved in the shipping and transportation of hazardous materials
Type of Training: In person

Hazard Communication

What this covers: Working safely with hazardous materials in a non-lab environment .
Who is this for: Non-lab employees working with hazmat. 
Type of Training: In person training.
